I have been recently plagued with a bit of photographers block. I take my camera with me everywhere I go, yet it hasn't left it's cozy cocoon in weeks.
Today I ran across a site which has given me a brand new outlook on the dictionary. The Photographic Dictionary is where photographers can lend their view to the vast world of the internet. Not just the literal, but the abstract will be captured by photographers and posted for the world to see and enjoy.
Here is what the site has to say about itself:
"The photographic dictionary is dedicated to defining words through the literal, figurative, and personal meanings found in each photograph."
To submit your photographic interpretations just to the following:
"The Photographic Dictionary is now accepting submissions for the dictionary. Send all photos to:
Please name all photos sized at 600 pixels in width as:
Word for photograph_your name ie: Guitar_StacyBeck, and also send a link to your work.
Please note that not all photographs submitted will be accepted."
